Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and sales of steel raw materials in domestic and international markets
- Building relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities
- Managing trade operations, including export/import procedures and logistics
- Optimizing and overseeing supply chain operations
- Handling financial and accounting tasks, including report preparation
- Conducting market analysis and formulating marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (related fields preferred)
- Experience in trade, the steel industry, or related sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Work Location
- Tokyo Office (Hirakawacho, Chiyoda-ku)
- Overseas offices (e.g., Hong Kong) Based on preference and suitability
Employment Type
- Full-time (3-month probation period)
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Determined based on experience and skills
- Bonuses: Twice a year
- Salary increase: Annually
